The Fall in Cali is usually about the South Feather (home of GnarlFest), and other races, where we catch up and embellish the details of all the good times we've had. This Fall however, perhaps due to brim-full reservoirs from the bumper water year, there were more options if you were quick and watched the gauges. Reservoirs are drawn-down to exercise the valve (make sure it still works) and to cut the channel at the inflow and outflow so they don't get clogged.…
