Ethos weight recommendations

Ok here's a question on the Ethos. There have been a few questions recently about weight and which size recon, diesel etc but how will this work with the Ethos. For example the upper weight recommendation for the Nine is 200lb. Is that to include paddler, gear and enough equipment for a three or four day trip? Obviously the Ten would be an alternative but then you are maybe sacrificing manoeuvrability and the rivers I'm thinking (Northern Spain) of may be quite tight/technical in nature.See More
